Amo Passicos est autodidacte. Même si ses images laissent penser qu’elle serait myope, bordélique et très « famille », elles affichent simplement le sérieux désordre des souvenirs épars qu’elle tente de conserver avant que sa mémoire ne lui échappe.
C’est dans un esprit « first mover », par attrait de la nouveauté technologique et ses dérives qu’Amo a testé avec entrain les centaines d’applications photo de son iPhone... Séduite par l’instantanéité des images, elle réalise ses clichés par jeu et désir de participer à l’émergence d’une nouvelle forme artistique.
